We are now entering into our 3rd straight week of 90 degree weather, according to WJLA Channel 7 Weather report, for the Washington DC area.  Although the news have been reporting 90 degree weather, my car thermometer read 103 degrees today, Friday July 22nd.  It was parked in the sun and the inside definitely felt like 103 degrees!

The heat index for this weekend July 23rd and 24th 2016, is forecasted to be in the 100's for our local area including Virginia and Maryland.  By the way, the planes flying high in the stratosphere are still spraying God-knows-what in the sky above our heads.

Again, try not to spend too much time outdoors.  Make sure you drink plenty of water and wear light comfortable clothes.  Take care not to expose the elderly and the babies to too much heat.

As for yourself, be sure to eat plenty of fresh raw fruits and vegetables.  Exercise, drink plenty of water and do your best to stay healthy.

Take care.  DAK
